i used Asp.Net identity in multi tier programming.
when i run my WebSite Application i get this error.

Check you are getting integer value only..
I think you are getting are non integer value from Id.GetUserId() function

but i could not find out why it gets wrong value.

Input string was not in a correct format.
The error means that the string you're trying to parse an integer from doesn't actually contain a valid integer.
You could try to use the Int.TryParse method.
