i have to enstablish a connection in a web service that has a local wsdl. The web service is secured by SSL, and i have a valid certificate to connect.
If i make a call from a soap client,with the local wsdl and the certificate i had a correct response, but i'm trying to do the same in my vs project without any result.
First i created a new project, then i converted the wsdl to a proxy class , and then i call the wsdl methods adding the certificate(see code below)...but in this way the object i use for response is always empty
WebService ws = new WebService (); ws.ClientCertificates.Add(new System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates.X509Certificate2(@"mycertificate.pfx", "password"));
What am i doing wrong? Thanks for your advices!

After you have installed the client certificate in either the local machine store or the local user store, you can access the client certificate from the ASP.NET Web application to call the Web service. The steps to access the client certificate are the
same for a Windows Forms application or for an ASP.NET Web application.
