I am having difficulty with implementation of a feature in an app I am creating. In this app, every user has their own funds stored on a database, however there are random events that cause some users on the same team to lose funds, but not others. The
issue I am having is how to alert all players that a certain team has lost a certain amount of funds. I know if I user SignalR I can make the alert appear on the screen in real time, but if a user is not logged on to see the alert, they will miss the alert.
Is there a way for SignalR to keep sending the alert until the user sees it?

you could set up a mechanism that stores if a message has been read by the user or not. If a user logs into the application again you can quickly check the non read messages and send those via SignalR.
