As I am experience auto style automatically unwanted attached to .aspx (vs2012) pages how I can avoid them.

I'm not sure what you are calling "auto style". Do you move something in the designer view and the designer add styles for positionning or are you talking about the default stylesheets that are part of the templates? Or as this is in CSS Friendly Control
Adapters do you have some adapter that would alter the markup rendering by adding some additional styles?

(ie in Tools, options, HTML Designer, CSS you should be able to tell that you want "manual styles" rather than "automatic styles").
