I have an rdlc version 10 report in my mvc c# app(VS2012), which isn't rendering quite right. I can't get the series to show up no matter what i do, i.e. i have tried every conceivable Category Group and Series Group. It shows up correctly in the designer,
but never render correctly. Is this a bug or can it actually work some how?
Here's my designer:
and the rendered rpt. As you can see there is no series, i.e. Grades are not grouped by GradeLvl.
here's an excerpt of my data:

I can't see the pictures of you provided, but my understanding is that, as you render it to the reportViewer control in the page, it can't show the correctly data.
So far as I know, you need to check if the report path is correct. Please refer to make some break pointsin the page code to debug steps by steps.
There is a document about how ro render SSRS in asp.net, please refer to the link below:
Hope it's useful for you.

This question is about the chart control and an issue with the series, not about rendering reports in asp.net. The report and the chart render, albeit with incorrect data.
Is there something wrong with the way I have defined the series, is this a bug in the chart control, is there a workaround?
