Service to do form validation without using validation controls, it would used either sql server or xml (where error message and validation rule will be stored).
Point 1. Getting values of controls and validating them with common storage (Database store or XML storage: validation expression and error message). (Point I am not using hard coding validation controls)
Point 2: Validation between the controls (there is cases when validation depend on different controls) then in that case it need to refer other controls then regular expression would not work as it should. any idea.
Point 3: showing error messages.

Generally, for this situation, if you want to use WCF service to implement the validation operation of the controls, you could try to pass the corresponding values to the service, then validate the Data in the service method, and response the message to
the client side. Finally, in the client side you could check whether it passes the validation or not based on the return messages from the server side.
By default all WCF will operated in the Request-Replay mode. Clients make calls to service operations and wait for a response from the service. You can perform calls to a service operation either synchronously, where the client blocks until it receives a
response from the service or the call times, or asynchronously, where the client makes a call to the service operation, continues working, and receives the response from the service on another thread.
