We have moved from a domain Exchange Server to Exchange Online and now our emailing from our asp.net applications is not working. Below is what we were told to use but it does not work. We had a host="mail.ourdomain.com" and port="25" on our old settings
and it worked perfectly. Thanks in advance.

According to this
port 465 isn't supported for your type of sending. Try port 25 and don't use the username or password or authentication and see if that works. Ultimately this is a config issue rather than a code or asp.net issue. You also didn't state what "doesn't work"
means, ie if you get any errors.

No errors at all, that is why it is difficult to troubleshoot. The process of sending the emails has a little delay but nothing is being sent as I am having the emails go to my own email address. I tried the link and setup our Office 365 to the "SMTP Relay"
option per instructions. No luck yet, does it take a while for this to take effect?
