Target: Build a site using Windows Authentication for domain user. For all visitor not logged with domain account, no popup window is allowed, navigate a version for anonymous.
Server: Windows Server 2012 R2, IIS 8.5
My solution: Build a site using Anonymous login. Write a page within this site for checking domain account. Set this page to using Windows Authentication instead of Anonymous. For avoiding popup window, set the 401 error page of IIS on this page to another
page for an anonymous user.
This site is added to intranet zone by GPO and confirmed on all related computers. Auto login for intranet sites in Internet Options are set to enabled as default.
1 On the same server: It works like a charm. When I login to the desktop with domain account, my account is detected by the page and nothing is wrong.
2 On another computer logged on by a domain account: If the 401 custom error page is not set as above, it works well with domain account detection. But with the 401 error page setting, it will always navigate to that error page. No more domain account login.
Any idea to fix this?

So far as I know, if you want to use Windows Authentication, you need to set the Windows Authentication to enabled in the IIS by the steps below:
In the IIS, double click the Authentication, then set the Windows Authentication to Enabled, and set Anonymous Authentication to disabled.
