We have 350 clients using our application and out of all our clients we have 10 who have problems. We provide a Windows 7 Kiosk with Chrome as the browser., The problem clients are getting the SignalR notifications but after time it stops working. The time
is not consistent can be minutes or hours. I have client side code that attempts to re-connect when dropped with a 5 second timeout and endless attempts. We have written code to switch the transfer protocol by client configuration.
We have taken them off the local network onto a MiFi and everything works. This leads us to believe that something is blocked on the firewall. They claim to have white listed our domain and excluded us from Web Filtering. Does anyone have any idea what could
be blocking them or can point me to a document on SignalR and firewalls
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you enable
logging in SignalR and see what's happening? If it's too much, can you atleast look at the network tab of the browser and see whether transport has been negotiated successfully? Check the browser console for any errors also.
