I've got a weird issue with deploying my site on GoDaddy.com. It works fine when debug is set to true but if I set it to false the site won't load. No error messages, just a blank page, not markup loaded.

Well, the first issue here is that you are using GoDaddy ;)
It seems a bit strange that it would only work with debugging enabled (usually I would expect the opposite). You mentioned that you aren't' receiving any error messages at all, which leads me to believe that there may be an issue with your site
even running (perhaps an IIS issue).
You might want to try reaching out to GoDaddy support as they could probably have access to more details that we might.
This Stack Overflow thread might be worth checking out as well.

No, site runs fine locally and on my own web server. GoDaddy support is a joke. If you call them about any .Net issue they just say that it's your code and everything is running fine.

True, but I've already got my sites there so right now moving is not an option.

Welcome to asp.net forum.

From your description, first it's recommended to contact GoDaddy support, and check the log file on their side, it will be helpful for us to troubleshoot.
At the same time you could also consider deploying your application other servers, such as IIS, Azure, etc.
Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help.
