As per my requirement I have 10000 Records in my database table and might be 50 users connected on same time and load 50 rows from this 10000 records and and that 10000 records keep updating like 50+ update per second. So any update happen hub will be notify
and update each connected client.
So here I am thinking to increase scale out for IIS server, so is there any impact on SignalR Hub by multiple web server for load sharing. so notification and update will work smoothly or any impact happen.

You have to follow backplane, service bus thing to implement ( i am sure, you know this). This might have performance hit, as you will your cluster will communicate to master for propagating messages to back and forth between child nodes(end users) and master.
To make more efficient, you can throttle message frequency, and reduce message size to avoid very network traffic. You can use performance counter to measure this.
