I have a wcf service application and hosted in IIS. Now, I have added as service reference to a mvc application. while adding reference it created proxy in mvc application and added configuration file for consuming wcf service.
My question, If I want to configure SendTimeout, ReceiveTimeout etc.. where should I mention in MVC application (client) or wcf service application?
I need explanation also.

See the MSDN WCF document titled "Configuring Timeout Values on a Binding" .

You can add the configuration in wcf bindings in wcf hosted application. This is the server side setttings. Of course your client is the MVC aplication and the client setup can be done in the client configuration bindings.
