I'd like to ask you a question:
What does this mean?
As far as I see, when a man comes in, a new Hub will be created. So this method will take out the current user's hub instance?
Can anyone give me a detailled instance sample for that? (How to use)?

This means you can get a hub's context from outside of an actual Hub Instance.
This API allows you to :
Broadcast messages to all connected clients
Send messages to a specific client;
Send messages to a group of clients.
