What have you tried so far? If you google "call web service from c#" then you'll see lots of examples and walkthroughs. Calling a web service from a web service is no different to calling it from anything else like a web page or a console app. If this
service already exists then the first step is to get the wsdl file, then just add a service reference to visual studio and away you go.

Which kind of service ? SOAP based ? Basically the fact that this is a web service which is the client of another service doesn't change anything.

Its a Soap based web service. I have to develop a web service that sends data to another web service URL for eg (http://abc/xyz/ggfg.asmx). How can i create such a web service? Actually I have to code for both the sides
i.e. the sender as well as the receiver. So first i want to develop a web service that sends data to a specific URL and then I have to receive that pushed data from the URL on which it is sent (develop the web service having that URL).
Searched the code on net and did all the requisite googling. But i did not find any code that gets the data from a webservice URL. To be more clear, develop a web service that fethches the data from its own URL. So I decided to first develop a sender web
service and then the receiver.

I dont see what is the difficulaty in it otherwise i am missnig somehting..
DEvelope two web services and expose thier methods.
web method: SendData(paramters...) [I assume this this will be called by external clients. who will add web ref and call this service)
Massage the data
Send the data to Web Service#2 by calling its webmethod after addign web ref of WEb Service#2
......do whatever needed in side this method of the webservice#2.

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/jmeier/archive/2007/10/15/how-to-create-a-hello-world-wcf-service-using-visual-studio.aspx for a quick overview or
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb386386.aspx for the current VS doc.
For the client side you can still create a console app that uses your 1st service to test console->first service (dummy)
Then you you can do the same in your WCF service project that will act as a client for the second service so that you can test :
console->1st service->2nd service...

Thanks PatriceSc. and Ramana
But Ramana receiving is the main issue. The client is going to send data to our web service URL and we just have to receive it by calling its URL in the web service(of which the URL is) itself.
1st web service (client side) --> 2nd web service (our side)
send data(XML+binary data) --> receive data (have to develop this web service)
