We are in development of a web-application and this error suddenly happens in my boss' pc and we are not knowing how many users are getting this error and worrying. So please Help. My machine works fine with the website and I am also using the same chrome
version but no luck with this issue.
This is the specs of my boss' pc:
Windows 7 SP 1 with latest updates.

The Web server uses windows web server 2008 and the website is using aspdotnetstorefront as framework and AppPool of V2.0 with integration and running in 32bit.
Please someone help me.

According to your error message, it's caused by passing a null in the userdata portion of the ticket. Maybe your DataBase query to retrieve the roles is returning a null. So I suggest you put a test to check if null and send an empty string to it.

Thank you for your response but I have asked the aspdotnetstorefront and the issue is not mainly with the authcoockie but as per aspdotnetstorefront its because of new web-browser and because of lake of it's browser definition file.
They are provifing the solution as in the below links but these are for IE10 and IE11 and this is happening in chrome(latest).:
In the above 2 links they are redirecting us to the hotfixes microsoft has provided for this so hope this will eleborate the situation to you.
