my job requires to use wcf VS 2012 in order to copy data from a table in database A and populate a table in database B with the data that I copied from database A.
please help me, i'm very new in that matter

About copying Table Schema and Data From One Database to Another Database in SQL Server, you could try to refer to the following information:
The query required here is(Query Syntax):
Select * into DestinationDB.dbo.tableName from SourceDB.dbo.SourceTable
select * into databaseto.dbo.emp from databasefrm.dbo.Emp
This command only copies the table schema and data. If we want to copy objects, indexes, triggers or constraints, then we need to generate Scripts (third method).
However, if you want to implement this functionality in this situation, you could try to use bulk copy operation, it can transfer data between two tables on the same SQL Server, between two different SQL Servers, or even two different types of database servers:

you can even think off having table level Replication from Data base A to Data Base B to update table in Data baSe B as and when the tranasaction happens on table in Data base A.
If you are using WCF to perform this who will call/consume this WCF in order to trigger data transfer?
