hi i am new to web services
i have idea about protocols related to webservices ! like this
am i correct ?
Another question is , is soap, xml, json like same or not ?

"Web service" protocols are http and https. Neither of these are transport protocols. They both use tcp which is a transport protocol (as is udp) but you wouldn't say that tcp is a web service protocol. If you want to use tcp as a service protocol you
can do that with WCF.
You could consider SOAP a messaging protocol, but XML and JSON are just data formats. SOAP uses XML but XML itself isn't a protocol, neither is JSON, they're just ways of representing data in a text manner, with XML obviously being strongly typed and JSON

using WCF services, services can be communicated by various protocols like http, https, tcp, netnamedpipe, msmq, webHttp for rest
