Is it possible to consume WebAPi into windows service. Is it good way to communicate.

Anyway if you need inside a Windows service to interact with a web site that does expose an API, this is what you have to do and I don't see why it wouldn't work. The main point is that services are running under a particualy security context and most issues
are likely related to permissions.
A question could be rather do you need a Windows service to achieve your goal? If you tried something and it failed, please ask directly about what failed...

yes its possible. but its depends whether Web API is better fit in this scenario or WCF. if you are consuming web from third party applications, then approach provided by PatriacSc fits better. other wise WCF fits better as you can create a service reference
and call web methods easily.
