I know that in MVC it's possible to check errors in razor views at compile time modifing the csproj file.
Is it possible to have compile time errors also in simple web pages sites?

You can precompile a Web Pages site if you have Visual Studio or are prepared to play with aspnet_compiler.exe. This guide shows you how: http://www.asp.net/web-forms/tutorials/deployment/deploying-web-site-projects/precompiling-your-website-cs

This is not what i was looking for. Maybe I need to explain better.
What I'd like, if possible, is that when i do Build in VS the compiler recognize errors and show me where those errors are.

Which version of Visual Studio do you have? Like what year? Are you using express?
