I am using a session cart in my asp.net project. when user open my website he use it when he closed the browser and open my website after some days
i want to start his previous session from to mid where user left ?

You'll need to store the cart somewhere persistent like a database rather than the session. Each basket will have its own id (a GUID or some non-guessable complex string) and you store the id in a persistent cookie rather than the session...ie you give
the cookie an expiry date in the future. This can be a few days, a few months, a few years, whatever. When the user revisits your site you get their id from the cookie and retrieve their basket from the database. If you google for "shopping cart asp.net"
you'll probably find a few sample projects that do this.

Using the file system to persists a users data on a per-session basis is an option, but i'd only use it if you need to persist LARGE amounts of data. As stated, you need to manage the file cleanup if you take that path.

Create a persistent cookie and save the values in the same.
