i want to post my offline data on http://eservice.dohms.gov.ae/pservices/CreatePID0.aspx[^]
website in which full name, email etc are post by me through aspx page. is it possible to do so?

if you mimic the form input fields and submit that to that page and it accepts it you could try it that way. You might end up having to pass around security etc so likely this is not the way to go.
A better way is to do the form post on your website, make use of a webservice/web api they expose to transfer the data in a safe way. Simply ask them if they expose such endpoints and make use of that.

first ask them what type of webservice they expose. Soap based, REST based, something else. Depending on that we can work further. I suggest you start another thread on that one and close this one.

As I stated before: the best way is to integrate with some service they expose. If they do they should also provide you with the means to implement and enough documentation.

I pretty agree with XIII.
You can make use of a webservice/web api /WCF they expose to transfer the data .
So you can post your issue to
webservice forum or
WCF Forum for professional response.
