We find that our server log an error Event ID 10016. And it mentions the COM server application request extra local activation permission for specific users. After some checking, the COM server is "0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064", it is mdm.exe (Machine
Debug Manager). It seems there are some errors thrown and MDM caught. However, the log shows the error occur at different time, e.g. mid-night, working hours and non-working hours.
Is there any process will .NET framework run that is possible to throw the error?

Try perhaps http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321410/en-us to turn this off and perhaps have the real underlying error?

First, please refer to PatriceSc’s reply.
Secondly, I would like to know that how do you get that error.

We are using Windows Server 2003 SP2. This article is for Windows XP. Therefore, it may not be useful.
Since our server suddenly restart, we check the event log and find this error.

I think this issue is related to the Windows Server, I suggest that you should post it to the
Windows Server forum for efficient response. After that, please post the link here.
