Please after developing, how can I deploy the application to IIS instead of using the Visual Studio inbuilt IIS. Thanks

1. You should find
ASP.NET hosting provider and to open an account.
2. After that you will should create new site and FTP credentials (username and password).
3. You could deploy your site via VS (publish website) or via FTP client as FileZilla.

I want to deploy to the IIS localhost. I dont want it to online. Thanks

That way is also apply to the local IIS.
In the Server box, type localhost. (Then the User name and Password boxes will be disabled)
You also could create a Web Deploy Package, then import that package to the IIS.
