We have a .Net Application hosted on IIS6 Server and it interacts with web services. (Retrieves data)
It is working fine.
Now, that same .Net Application is moved / hosted on IIS7 Server. But, it is not able to interact / access the web services.
Appreciate any solutions for this issue.

The issue is not very clear.
If service is not moved and only application is moved then it should be no difference except that IIS7 has differences in a pool configuration (classic/integrated). You need to make clear what is not working exactly and if you have any error then what is

The same .Net Application which reads the data from a remote .asmx file is not working in IIS7

Make sure that you can access the asmx web service in the browser on the new server. Perhaps it is not related to asmx but an issue with proxy, firewall or other network configuration.

If it is an issue with proxy, firewall or other network configuration..what could be the solution?

First you need to make sure what is the exact cause of it. If it's due to a network setup then you need to talk your network admins and not this forum.
