I'm new to MVC, and saw that Microsoft had a video tutorial here that explained how to use it. There's even a statement that says
"Microsoft has made it possible for you to enjoy this module from Pluralsight's Single Page Apps JumpStart
free of charge."
And yet, when I created an account and visited the site and tried to play any of the videos other than the short "SPA Templates" video, I get this error:
"Your current subscription does not allow access to all of this content. Please review
your account for details."
So, what's the deal? If Microsoft made it available free of charge, why can only a small 26 minute introductory subset of the videos be viewed?

Goto http://www.asp.net/mvc, check the pluralsight videos on the right hand. It currently stated:
Microsoft has made it possible for you to enjoy this Pluralsight training
free of charge. In addition, you can
watch more videos free of charge from Microsoft.

Several series from Pluralsight are available free of charge through an arrangement with Microsoft.
The newest one, which will soon be linked to from our ASP.NET site, is ASP.NET MVC 5 Fundamentals:
http://www.pluralsight.com/training/Courses/TableOfContents/aspdotnet-mvc5-fundamentals. That course covers 374 minutes of materal.
Also available are:
As you said, the SPA Templates is only 1 module of the several they have available in the
Single Page Apps JumpStart, but it's the only one of that's series available for free. Similarly, only 2 of the REST Fundamentals modules and 1 of the SignalR modules are available for free.
