I have a website that I am working on and I moved to a solution in VS 2012. On my desktop everything is fine. When I publish out - it builds my app_code folder and does everything I need, so I can move it over to production via file zilla. When I move to
my laptop though, the publishing wizard is old it appears and is not publishing my app_code folder and putting everything in the bin as the aspx pages being compiled. Any idea why the publish wizard is different?

Can you clarify what you mean by your publishing wizard is old? Is it the exact same version of VS and the exact same edition?

Yes, the screens are different. It appears to be the same exact version of VS 2012.
How can I add pictures to this forum? Or is there a website I can sign up for and post them there and place the links here?

Seems if I use the Copy Website feature it works fine, but on my desktop the publish website works without any issues.

Looks like I didn't have update 4 for VS 2012 on my laptop. I am uploading that now and will post if that fixes it.

Good catch. WebDeploy 3.5 is part of that update and may make the difference.
