I have created a module (using VS2010 and SQL2008) that generates the script based on conditions entered. I want to do load testing for this script - if it can be pasted on multiple pages and show the results(fetched from the database) simultaneously.
How to proceed on this? I have no idea.

You can consider using Apache JMeter - a free and open-source performance testing tool. It's capable of directly sending concurrent queries to MSSQL database using
JDBC Request Sampler as well as perform simultaneous requests on web pages as real users with real browsers do. If you script assumes authentication it may be tricky to implement due to VIEWSTATE, EVENTVALIDATION, etc. dynamic parameters. See ASP.NET
Login Testing with JMeter guide on how to deal with this.
Hope this helps,

what you could do is isolate the code in a library (DLL). Next you write a sample app (console) that creates X threads invoking the code. You'll see how reliable & performant your code is. It allow you to test things independenly from the web application
stack (adds complexity)
