I've never heard of it until your post. I googled it and found their site. In hyuge letters on the home page it says
Ext.NET is a component framework built with ASP.NET and Sencha Ext JS for quicker, better web app development.
So there's very little to add to that really.
The Support link takes you to demos and downloads. That's where you start learning.
I doubt it will take anyone with a bit of initiative long to get productive with the framework.

I believe that Ext.NET is a third-party components provider much like Telerik, Infragistics, DevExpress, ComponentOne and many others and they simply provide custom Controls that you can easily integerate into your applications.
You should consider checking out their available Ext.NET Examples Explorer, which seems to have interactive demos of just about every major component that is offered by them. In addition, you can click the "Source Code"
option for each of the demos to see what the code looks like.
This should be more than enough to help get you started working with Ext.NET. I'm sure that you could direct any specific questions that you run into in particular to
their technical forums as well.

As Rion said, you should post questions about using ExtJS to their forums.

Typically when using third-party extensions such as EXT.Net or even something as simple as the AJAX Control Toolkit, you will need to register any specific tags that you are going to use within your application in your web.config so that your ASPX pages
can recognize them as seen below in the <controls> section :
<add tagPrefix="asp" namespace="System.Web.UI" assembly="System.Web.Extensions, Version=18.104.22.168, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E35"/>
<!-- Add this appropriate information for your Ext.NET assembly in here -->
<add tagPrefix="ext" namespace="Ext.Net" assembly="Ext.Net, Version=x.x.x.x, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxxxxxxx"/>
Another approach would be to explicitly include a tag within your ASPX page that registers this as well :
<!-- Set the appropriate assembly and namespace for your Ext.NET controls within this tag in your page -->
<%@ Register Assembly="Ext.NET" Namespace="Ext" TagPrefix="ext" %>
I would highly recommend visiting the previously mentioned support forums for more specific instructions on handling this.
