How to add a context menu in web forms? I want a context menu to be added to a grid and also another context menu outside the grid Without using any third party tools.
Can anyone help me?

You can try using window.createPopup() and display some HTML content on right click of menu control. Check this MSDN example

If you don't want to use any third party tools, you could try to extended GridView Control:
It's too heavy and designing for a different scenario to use the context menu in asp.net, however, the ASP.NET Menu control provides some key advantages, including support for
multilevel, hierarchical menus, accessibility, and scrollbars for resized browser windows. Deciding which one best suits your needs is completely up to you.
