I want to download latest version of Msjet40.dll for windows server 2008 R2. Can anyone provide me the link to download the component?

The JET driver is not available as a download. If you want to connect to Access or Excel files you can download the ACE provider and use that instead: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
