I will check on this and report back. From what I can see right now it looks like the emails have now been sent.

Yup , thats true..Looks like microsoft use IISPickupDirectory method instead of network method directly to send mails.:)

This problem seems to have been resolved. Can you let me know whether or not you are receiving the emails you'd expect?

@tmorton - Looks like there are still some issue. Though emails are received but quite lately. :)
