I want to create a large project using 4 layer (UI, Data Access, Business Logic and Model). Suppose, I have a table in the Database name "tblStudent", and I used this name 20 times in my project. Sometime I need to change database table name, column name
also data type. It would be very painfull duty to find and change all table name.
I want to create a file that will include my table name like this: key="Student" value="tblStudent"
so that I can use the KYE into my project. If I change the database, I just edit the VALUE. That means, I want to edit 1 time, not 20 time.
Is there any technology/Process to create this? Or, Better idea would be cordially appriciated.

i believe you should use a strongly type entity classes for each of your tables that you want to use. So if you have an Student table , you would be creating an Student class having the properties which represent the database columns.
