SignalR gods... I have a question. I am porting some code from a SignalR 1.x project to a SignalR 2.x project.
I do a _hubProxy = _hubConn.CreateHubProxy("DataHub")
then a _hubConn.Start()
my task IsCompleted
Later, I do a...
This throws this exception...
Data cannot be sent because the connection is in the disconnected state. Call start before sending any data
But as you can see, the connection has been started.
What am I missing?
I am a n00b so go easy on me.

This is working now so nevermind. I did not change a line of code.

You better use await keyword infront of it and call that within a method which marked as
Since I’m using await keyword, the async method will return but will not execute the rest of the lines in async method until the the connection has been made.
