is there a way to search all comments in a VB.NET solution in Visual Studio 2013?

I suppose that you could simply use the built-in search functionality (CTRL+F) and find any lines that begin with the comment character (') :
Alternatively, you could use a Regular Expression to match any line that explicitly begins with a line using the more advanced searches :
The above Regular Expression will match any line that begins with a comment and you should be able to use it by accessing the search feature and selected the "Use Regular Expression" option as seen below :

The Regular Expression option mentioned is probably the safest approach to avoid any instances of finding a single quote within a string, but out of the box, I don't think Visual Studio has any other ways to simply go through all of the available comments.
