indeed, for cleanup work or anything else you see going out of line like profanity, spam, abusive behavior, scamming, phishing, ... use the alert moderators link which you find in the header of every reply. The team of volunteers that moderate these forums
take a look into each matter and act accordingly.
If you alert it use the correct template please and provide a little bit of context as to why you think it should be removed/altered/...
If it's something about the workings of these forums/site/mail not working/... then use this feedback forum for reporting, not the alert moderators link.
tl;dr: content stuff going wrong in threads or misplaced stuff: contact the moderators. Technical things going wrong with the working of the site itself: give a yell in the feedback forum.
