Are your publish code in same pc , where you check above condition ? If yes, then it definately always barcode font comes without doing any thing.
But suppose , you publish the code in server where this font is not installed , then you have to install that font in new pc or server. Because while crystal report creating your formating as per your design it needed all the things like third party font,
custom papersize etc.
So please install or reisnstall this font(may be corrupt), and check again.

When you use a font, that font should be installed at each client machine that's going to view/download the report! Using barcode fonts, specially in ASP.NET projects, is not a good option Instead,
you should consider generating the barcode images at server-side using .NET & any open-source or paid barcode library and then embed them into the Crystal Report so when the client opens the PDF output of your report, then all barcodes will be displayed without
needing to install any fonts at the client machine.
Here is an article on how to do that with our library although you can apply the same approach with any open source project if your budget is limited.
