I am planning to use the logging application block to capture logs in my application. I am using Enterprise Library 5.0. After going through the documentation, I see that in order to work, the logging application block creates its own database, called 'Logging',
with 3 tables and some 4 - 5 SPs. Instead of this 'Logging' database, can I instead create these same tables and SPs in my regular database, where the rest of my application data resides?
If yes, what would be changes in configuration and other settings that I need to do in order to make it work smoothly?
Please let me know on this Gurus!

Yes, of course, Enterprise Library is highly configurable (both programmatically and declaratively).
You can switch the database in your config under the Database Trace Listener, Database Instance.
For other settings, see:
config tool makes it easier to configure EntLib blocks. See a sample of how it's used
