Hi, My client wants to use a Rapid application development tool called Code on time. Personally, after reviewing the tool i found that it is not a developer friendly tool as its 1. architecture is tightly coupled 2. not easy to make changes through visual
studio(we need to use their tool to make changes) 3. It would be extremely challenging to maintain the code. Does anybody else have experience with this tool and would be great if you could share your feedback.

If your client is a business user, I doubt you'll have any input in the choice. If your client is an IT user, I'd ask the question : why.
These tools are great for POCs or single user apps. However, for business applications or multi-user apps they have a lot of limitations. Everything depends on what you want to do/build for what purpose.
