You'll use a process called URL Rewriting to handle this, which involves creating the appropriate mappings so that your application / site knows that the ASPX portion of the address or page name is implied.

You need to use the ASP.Net URL Routing concept to implement this. You need to register Mapping routes to .aspx pages in Global.asax file. Please find the basics of URL Routing at following Links. It explains practical scenarios of ASP.Net Routing.
