I would like to know what is the Default Number of Requests that a IIS hosted Web service can Cater to? Is this a configurable parameter? Where I should find this?
I am using Win Server 2008R2 IIS and have hosted a WCF service with basichttp binding

As HostingASPNet has suggested, you can also take a look at the following blog article so as to understand the concurrency and threading model used in ASP.NET and IIS web application:
#ASP.NET Thread Usage on IIS 7.5, IIS 7.0, and IIS 6.0
actually, the max number of requests ASP.NET web app or webservice can handle is coupled with the threading configuration used by the IIS server and .NET runtime. In most cases, the default configuration is sufficient, but we can manually customize them
in case our application has some special concurrency requreiment.
