I have created reports in SSRS and using reportviewer to display the reoprt in asp.net application. The report header display for each report as given below:
So I want to display this report header at the bottom of the page also such as a footer.
Is it possible? If yes how can i do it.

If you need to modify Crystal Reports at runtime then you need to use RAS SDK's.
You can also take help from [Dev library|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/sdklibrary]
It seems that you are having issue with Crystal reports .Net SDK's.
Post your question in [Crystal Reports .NET SDK forum|SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio.
That forum is monitored by qualified technicians and you will get a faster response there. Also, all .NET SDK queries remain in one place and thus can be easily searched in one place.

Actually I am not talking about Crystal report.I am using SSRS reports i.e. .rdl files in BI solution.

Instead of creating a custom toobar can we do any modification with existing reportviewer to get this functionality
