This is the final report (white area):
I have created this with two separed stored procedure, "viewMedicationByAppoinment" and "ViewSuggestTestByAppoinment" and the parameter id is same for both. I want to create a Crystal Report like this design with this Stroed
Procedures. How can I do this? Please help me.

So the result is independent use a sub reports for left or right section.

As per your screen shot and your data show, as above said use sub-report for this.
You can achieve by , first decide which sp have more data or say master data.
1. design main report as per master sp data. It is very simple task, just put the data in proper section as header, detail and footer, if the data is required grouping then give grouping too.

2. after that create and design a subreport and link the variable with main report. (for this again check above link and search sub-report )
