We have a weird issue. Building chat into a custom app with SignalR. Things working rather well, but we have discovered an issue.
So when people request a chat they queue up until someone available to service them. Those people select someone from the queue and sometime later the chat is ended. All works well until the disconnect. When the disconnect between the customer service
rep and the client happens then our hub gets disconnect events from all of the customers waiting even though they are not part of the conversation that ended.

Sounds like an application issue. Did you read this article on keeping track of online users http://www.asp.net/signalr/overview/hubs-api/mapping-users-to-connections?
