I know how to achieve the following things in WCF, please tell me what are the other things that can be learnt in WCF which are important and are used often.
1. Creating a WCF Service/ABC of EndPoints.
2. Self Host a service/Host a service using WCF Application
3. Request/Response, Simplex, Duplex - Message Exchange Patterns
4. Transaction in WCF
5. Sessions in WCF
6. Implementing Message/Transport Security and Creating Certificates
I know few properties
SessionMode, InstanceContextMode, ConcurrencyMode, UseSynchronizationContextMode, IsInitiating, IsTerminating, IsOneWay.
I heard that WCF also supports OOPS concepts (Inheritance and Methodoverloading) , is it true? Tell me a good book or website to refer for understanding OOPS in WCF, please.

For most programming features supported in WCF, you can visit the following MSDN reference page:
#WCF Feature Details
and you can download the WCF/WF samples of .NET Framework SDK which contains some various samples organized by features:
