the issue is how i send leave to super visior and then this super visior approve/reject employee leaver...

Once request is logged in the system, send an email to the supervisor. He should visit the system and click on approve or reject.
It all can vary based on your requirements.

The questions which you asked are very basic and not the subject of an simple answer on the forum. Regardless of technologies used, the process is always the same - user gets the web form, fills it out, sends data to a server, server keeps it saved somewhere
and proceeds the required further things. So, if you wanna do this in ASP.NET, you need to know how to create a web form in ASP.NET, how to save data to the SQL Server, how to send email in ASP.NET. This can be found in many books and many online tutorials.
You just need to get one and start learning.
