i am getting this error when try to to build a web application in visual studio 2008. My machine is windows 7 x64 and the application is 64 bit.
"Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess, Version=18.104.22.168, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89b483f429c47342' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It sounds like you could possible be using the x86 (32-bit) Oracle.DataAccess assembly that is being referenced within your Project and you may need to download and properly include the x64 (64-bit) reference instead.
You might also the suggestion that was proposed within
this Stack Overflow thread :
In the IIS Manager select your server and select "Application Pools". Select the application pool used by your Web App and click on "Advanced Settings" from the right hand menu.
In the "General Section" of the advanced Settings click on the "Enable 32-bit Applications" and set it to True.

I have same problem with u ... the solution with dataaccess it specific build for either 32 or 64 bit.
So if you build in Visual Studio with win 7x 64 then you must make sure your project target to x64, you have oracle 11 64 bit installed and
That same also for 32 bit.
