MySQL is quite weak on ANALYTIC SQL clauses, MS SQL and Oracle are not. What analytic functions are supported in NuoDB?

Thanks for your comment, would you mind sharing a list of analytic-specific MySQL functions that you are looking for in NuoDB?

That is the problem.
MySQL has none.
Does NuoDB have SQL analytic functions? (lead, lag, math across partitions and order bys, etc.)

Currently, we have limited analytical function support but we plan to add more support in our 2.0 release later this year. Therefore, any additional information you can give us that you would like to see would be very helpful to our engineering team here
at NuoDB! If you would like to talk to one of our engineers let me know, and I would be happy to put you in contact with them.

Math across a window (ordered partition) like SUM, MAX, MIN, Average, Moving Average, etc.
Aggregation math (cumulative sum, variance, standard deviation)
Specific tests, like KS Test, Cox Proportional Hazards
Treat datasets like cells in a spreadsheet and apply formulas
Pivot data from cols to rows and row to cols, with standard math functions (COUNT, SUM, etc.)

Lannie - We appreciate your feedback on the types of analytic functions that NuoDB should support. We are prioritizing analytic functions in our upcoming release plans. Expect to see greater levels of analytic function support as we continue to roll out
new versions of NuoDB.
