The Console should detail any errors or failures in grabbing the appropriate resources that might lead to this not working.
(You may also want to ensure that you have all of the most recent updates for Internet Explorer 10 as well.)

Try to force IE10 to render as it was IE9 by adding this to the page's head section where you are using Crystal Report Viewer

if the problem happens on IE browser only, you only need to tweak the IE browser. This has nothing to do with your crystal report or server configuration

I changed it to <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8"/>It works now.Thank all of you .
