I have created a WCF Rest web service. Anyone can make call to the service.
How do i restric it?

You can have your service method with security like inheader you can ask to provide some kind of security token and then you can validate that token and if it is valid then let them use otherwise you can reject the request.

I am keen to implement basic authentication to secure WCF service.
On Ajax call I will be passing credentials via JQuery. I need to send same credentials on each call but the problem is, the credentials are readable if i try to view the page markup by "view source". How can i overcome this?
