I am very new to Crystal report stuffs and all. Very recently I got assigned with managing these reports.
I am using a tool called Info Desktop..to access these reports. It works very well in Windows XP.
But when I run this in Windows 7 it throws an error saying
"Connection to APS batch failed!
Make sure the Sentinel and APS are both active,
and the Sentinel is using the correct network protocol."
Could anyone here please help me. Thank you!!!
